My wife and I live in Florida and were looking for property in New Hampshire. I contacted Jason Starr via email regarding a property that his agency had listed. There was a question as to whether the property was buildable. Jason responded immediately and put me in touch with a local engineering firm that was familiar with the property. Based on discussions with the engineering firm, that particular property did not work out for us. Jason then put me in contact with one of his associates, Lane Rossi, to help continue our search. Lane was extremely helpful. She worked with us to coordinate the timing of a trip from Florida to New Hampshire and the viewing of a number of properties similar to what we were looking for. We arrived on one day, viewed seven properties the next, revisited two of those properties the third day and made an offer on one of them. Lane had done her homework and had come prepared with all of the pertinent information (history, taxes, schools, associations, etc) for all of the properties. She was able to answer our questions immediately.
